Participant Registration

Standard business and beverage booth spaces include a 6ft table with linen, 2 chairs and attendance for (2) representatives to manage the display table. Standard food booth spaces include (1) 6ft front table and (1) back classroom table with linens, 2 chairs and attendance for (2) representatives to manage the display table.

All upgraded booth spaces include a (2) 6ft tables with linens, up to 4 chairs and attendance for (3) representatives to manage the display table.

Disclaimer

All food & beverage participates should be prepared to with enough "tastes" for 1,000 people ready to serve at 4pm sharp for the VIP guests. We will have some staff & carts to assist with load-in & load-out onsite, however participates should bring hand trucks/carts if available. Any participates that arrive after 3:30pm for load-in will forfeit their space, as it is a liability to have participates loading in during the live event.

Silent Auction Contributions

   I would like to donate an item for the silent auction. All donations must be a $50 stand alone value and will receive additional recognition in the program if received by August 31, 2013.
